ADULT CHRISTIAN FORMATION
"It was the Best of Times,it was the Worst of Times":The Church in Revelation and Acts Sunday mornings, June 1 - July 27. This series, which will also be presented during our Wonderful Wednesdays summer evenings (June 4- July 30), will look at the Church in two very different sets of circumstances. In Acts, we see a time of dramatic growth and success; in Revelation, we see decline and persecution. We will look at both books together, comparing the qualities of the Church in good times as well as in bad times. Then we will ask what these narratives have to teach us as we at Atonement strive to be the Church God wants us to be. We hope that you can come. preparation for the meetings. A class time has not yet been established; please indicate the day of the week and the time of the day that would best suit you.
