The Episcopal Church of the Atonement is excited to announce this summer’s Vacation Bible School: Studio Game Show GO! This summer our focus is to teach children how to build confidence, demonstrate Christian leadership, and set a positive example for others. Each day we will have the opportunity to hear powerful stories and see how God works in the lives of everyone who trusts Him. Please join us as we learn practical ways to demonstrate our trust in God on a daily basis and incorporate leadership and service into our daily lives.
Each morning we will kick off our day with Bible stories and upbeat songs. Each child will be assigned to a group with their peers and begin an exciting morning of crafts, community service projects, backyard games, and yummy snacks. Each day will end in the Parish Hall where we will get the chance to eat our packed lunches together, reflect on the day, and wait to be picked up.
Our hope is that by the end of the week each child will have been challenged to practice ways in which they can demonstrate their trust in God through using a fun, game show format. They will learn that with Jesus, everyone wins.
We invite all the children to participate in the service on Sunday, July 12th, followed by a reception.

VBS is open to children 5-10 years of age and is from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The registration fee is $26 and includes a youth t-shirt.

Please have your child bring a packed lunch each day except for Friday when we will share pizza at our Backyard Block Party.
Sign up by downloading the registration form or by picking up a copy at the church office. Complete the form and place it with payment in Brittany Apple’s mailbox, or mail it to the address above. Please fill out one form for each child. The appropriate registration fee per child must be included with the form to be accepted. Pre-registration is required so that we have appropriate materials for all participants. We are looking forward to a fun week!!
Registration deadline is Sunday, June 14nd. If you would like to sponsor a child from Sandy Springs Mission, please make checks payable to Church of the Atonement ($26)
